Hello
As you bring your authentic self into our session, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m Lindsay—a devoted mother of four and wife of nearly twenty years. I find joy in the warmth of the sun and believe in infusing fun into every experience. Adventure excites me, and I cherish creating lasting traditions with those around me. My passion lies in fostering connections; I wholeheartedly embrace difficult conversations, recognizing their value in authentic relationships. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to healthy communication, self-advocacy, and conflict resolution. My life has been a journey of pursuing fun, authenticity, and intentional engagement with the world and the people in it. Despite the challenges and disappointments I’ve faced, I remain committed to showing up as my true self, welcoming you to do the same—without shame or guilt, just as we are.

Through a combination of experience teaching in the public school system, directing a large children's and family ministry in a non denominational church, to counseling in both group practice and private practice, I offer a wealth of knowledge to each session. I begin the therapeutic journey fostering a client-centered approach. I incorporate a variety of modalities to accommodate each client's individual needs including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).
